Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or purchasing any service from Piscean Prophecy (collectively, "the Practice"). By booking a session, purchasing a product, or engaging with any service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Nature of Services
Saltwater Alchemy and Piscean Prophecy offer spiritual wellness services including, but not limited to:
Tarot readings (in-person, virtual, and written)
Reiki energy healing sessions
Womb Healing Ceremonies combining tarot, Reiki, and spiritual bath ritual
Numerology consultations
Spiritual baths and ritual bath products
Ritual products, herbal blends, and spiritual tools
IMPORTANT: All services offered by the Practice are intended for spiritual enrichment, personal insight, and holistic wellness purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. No service constitutes a medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription of any kind.
2. Disclaimer of Guarantees
The Practice makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the accuracy of readings, the outcome of energy work, or the results of any product or ritual. Tarot, Reiki, and related practices are interpretive and energetic in nature.
Results, insights, and experiences vary from person to person. Any information shared during a session is offered as spiritual guidance and is not intended to predict, guarantee, or determine any future event, medical condition, or life outcome.
3. Client Responsibility & Consent
By booking a session, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have express written consent from a parent or legal guardian if under 18.
You acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily seeking spiritual services and take full personal responsibility for how you receive, interpret, and act upon any information or guidance provided.
Participation in any session is entirely your choice. You may discontinue a session at any time.
You will communicate any relevant health or mental health conditions prior to Reiki sessions, particularly if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or are currently in active mental health treatment.
You will not use any reading or session as a basis for making high-stakes decisions (medical, legal, financial) without consulting a qualified professional.
4. Sensitive Topics Policy
The Practice reserves the right to decline or redirect questions regarding:
Predictions of death, serious illness, or legal jeopardy
Third-party readings without that person's knowledge or consent
Questions that could cause harm to the client or another individual
Questions about third parties will only be explored as they relate to your own experience and healing journey. The Practice will not conduct readings intended to surveil, manipulate, or control another person.
5. Confidentiality
All session content is held in strict confidence. The Practice will not disclose, share, or discuss the content of your sessions with any third party without your express written consent, except where required by law.
Client testimonials or general insights may be shared publicly only with explicit written permission from the client. No identifying information will ever be shared without consent.
6. Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
Booking
All sessions must be scheduled and confirmed in advance. Availability is subject to change. Booking confirmation is sent via email or direct message upon receipt of payment or deposit.
Payment
Full payment or a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit (3% service fee), Zelle, Venmo, Cash App.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session: eligible for a full credit toward a future session (no cash refunds).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session: session is forfeited. No credit or refund will be issued, even in the event of full upfront payment.
No-shows without prior notice forfeit the full session fee.
The Practice reserves the right to reschedule a session with a minimum of 24 hours notice. In this event, the client will receive a full credit or reschedule at no additional charge.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee applies regardless of late arrival.
7. Refund Policy — Products
Due to the nature of ritual and spiritual products (herbal blends, spiritual baths, oils, and other handcrafted items), all product sales are final. The Practice does not accept returns on opened or used products.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will work to make it right.
8. Reiki Specific Terms
Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle energy practice. Sessions do not involve physical manipulation of the body. During in-person sessions, the practitioner may work with hands hovering above the body or with light, consensual touch on specific areas (head, shoulders, hands, feet) unless the client requests otherwise.
Clients may opt for a fully hands-off session at any time. Your comfort and boundaries are always honored.
Reiki is not a replacement for medical care. Please continue all prescribed medical treatments and consult your healthcare provider with any medical concerns.
9. Virtual Sessions
Virtual sessions (Zoom, phone, or written) are subject to the same terms as in-person sessions. The client is responsible for providing a reliable internet or phone connection. Technical difficulties on the client's end do not entitle the client to a refund or session extension.
Written readings will be delivered via email within the timeframe agreed upon at booking. Turnaround times may vary based on current volume.
10. Intellectual Property
All original content, original spreads, rituals, product formulations, and written materials created by the Practice are the intellectual property of Piscean Prophecy. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any proprietary content without express written permission is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Practice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of any service or product. This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from decisions made based on session content.
By engaging with the Practice, you agree to hold harmless the Practitioner and Piscean Prophecy from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your participation in any service or use of any product.
12. Right to Refuse Service
The Practice reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or discontinue service to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, misuse of services, or requests that conflict with the ethical standards of the Practice. In such cases, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the practitioner's discretion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from the use of services or products shall be resolved first through good-faith communication, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or small claims court in Wayne County, Michigan.
14. Updates to Terms
The Practice reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website and/or communicated directly to clients. Continued use of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
